The site's content, design, name, and logo belong to Mycle or its licensors. You may link to the site and quote it with attribution, but you may not reuse the Mycle name or logo in a way that suggests endorsement without our permission.

Product descriptions on the site may change as our products do. A product may be offered under its own terms, which will govern your use of it.

Content on the site is for general information only. It is not legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. We try to keep it accurate, but we don't guarantee that it is complete or current, and we may change it at any time without notice.

The site links to other websites, including games.mycle.dev. We are not responsible for the content or practices of sites we don't operate, and any such site may have its own terms.

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the site, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mycle will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site. The site is free to use, and our total liability relating to it is limited to one hundred US dollars.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it. These terms are the entire agreement between you and Mycle about the site.
